1. Delivery Days & Times

To guarantee the quality and freshness of your order, we only offer deliveries on the weekends. During the checkout process, you will be able to select from our available weekend timeslots.

2. Delivery Process

Once your order is confirmed, we will prepare your fresh produce for delivery within your chosen timeslot. You will receive an email or SMS notification once your order is on its way.

3. Missed Delivery Window

While we strive to meet all delivery windows, unforeseen circumstances such as traffic or weather may occasionally cause a delay. If we anticipate a significant delay that will cause us to miss your selected timeslot, we will contact you immediately to provide an update.

If we miss your delivery window due to an error on our part, we will reschedule your delivery for the next available timeslot on the same day.
